New York, April 20, 2018—Thousands of residents and firefighters in four U.S. states—Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas—are either recovering from or dealing with severe wildfires and the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Information Institute (I.I.I.) can discuss their insurance implications.
is impacting Colorado’s El Paso and Pueblo counties while the Badger Hole Fire prompted evacuations this week in Kansas’ Morton and Stanton counties. Meanwhile, FEMA’s yesterday (April 19) pointed to the acreage burned by two Oklahoma wildfires—the Rhea Fire, in Dewey County, and the 34 Fire Complex, in Woodward County.Ìý The McClennan Fire in Gray County, Texas, was also cited in yesterday’s FEMA Daily Operations Briefing.
